Chief Executive Officer
Herbie has been in the IT industry since 2003 when he joined SchlumbergerSema as VP for Global Service Delivery. Upon SchlumbergerSema's merger with Atos Origin, Herbie became Senior VP of Managed Operations in the UK, Americas and Asia Pacific. Rising up the ranks as COO, he was responsible for strengthening and developing Managed Operations business in APAC, as well as setting up global service centres in India and Malaysia. Herbie was later appointed CEO in 2008 and was instrumental in the merger of Atos Origin and Siemens IT Solutions and Services in Asia Pacific.
Herbie is concurrently the Head of Sales & Markets.
Chief Finance Officer
Kevin joined Atos in October 2006 as the CFO of Atos in China. He started his career at Arthur Andersen and after 3 years at their business assurance service in Hong Kong, Kevin moved to China to assume the role of Head of Finance, holding various roles in regional service lines managing and controlling finances across Atos in Asia Pacific. In 2009, Kevin completed the Group's Global Leadership program and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership Capability.
Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Fellow of the ACCA since 2002. He holds a MBA in Finance with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, earning a prestigious mention on the Dean's list for his outstanding performance.
Chief Information Officer
Amy is chiefly responsible for managing all internal IT (application and infrastructure) services with a particular focus on continuous productivity improvement. She played a crucial role during the integration process that resulted in the successful deployment and operation of information systems and technology solutions for key systems such as Finance, HR, Desktop Applications, Service Desks, Local/Wide Area Networks and Telecommunications. Before joining Atos, Amy was Regional Project Manager for Schlumberger.
Head of Managed Services
Wong Kwok Wah
Kwok Wah joined Atos in Jan 2014 as VP Managed Services APAC with overall responsibility for delivering Atos' portfolio of managed services offerings and managing a complex and geographically diverse team across Asia Pacific. He is a well rounded IT Executive with 28 years of experience in Telecommunication, Hi-Tech and FSI sectors. His suite of key expertise and competencies which include P&L management, people management, alliance management, business development in international environment and IT sourcing.
Prior to joining Atos, Kwok Wah held senior roles with Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific as Director of Enterprise Services and Director of Business Development in Orange Business Services. He has global and regional exposure effectively managing workforces that are culturally diverse and multilingual. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Bradford.
Head of Big Data and Security, APAC
Prior to Atos, Neville was with Sema since 2001 initially responsible for the Telecoms business in Asia. Following Atos' acquisition, Neville joined the Standard Chartered account team as the Risk and Project Office Manager for the Cocteau Transformation project. In 2009, Neville took over the leadership of the Account and negotiated the extension of the Cocteau project till 2016.
Graduating from the Birmingham University in 1981 with a degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering, Neville came to Asia immediately to join the Oil & Gas industry. Having worked throughout the region, he became a key member of the Financial Market in 2003. He has a Diploma in Marketing and and MBA from Cranfield University.
Neville is concurrently the Head of Alliance, APAC
Vice President, Human Resources
Violet bring with her extensive HR experience from the Middle East and Asia Pacific. She has led global HR transformation projects, particularly in IT Services Outsourcing, Program Managed Change and initiatives in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Violet possesses numerous years of experience in HR in the IT services industry and wtih multi-national companies in Asia Pacific.
General Counsel, Legal and Compliance
Foo Chek Tsang
Chek Tsang has held various corporate and regional management roles in IT multinational companies including Head of Legal for the NCS Group of Companies (Singapore) and Managing Counsel, Asia for Computer Sciences Corporation (US). Chek Tsang, graduated from National University of Singapore with a LLB (Hons) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor and the UK Bar as a Solicitor. He has completed the INSEAD Asian International Executive Program.
